Set on seven "attractively landscaped" acres "across the street from the Disneyland parks", this "family-friendly" group of buildings has "bright, cheerful" remodeled rooms with granite bathrooms, though some find that "all the outside noise and odors make it inside"; others caution that "this is a motel, not a hotel", with "standard" quarters "that are no different than a typical Super 8"; also earning frowns are the "extra charges for everything", including parking, newspapers and Internet.

Front desk staff were polite.

Shower drains backed up and hotel not willing to compensate for it.

Needs some remodeling. The front desk area is nice however when arriving to actual room you get the feel of what type of lodging it is.

The room was beautiful, spacious, clean,and romantic.

A/C was broken when we got there & it was scorching hot but they fixed it right away.

My boyfriend and I were driving up to Disneyland for the weekend and we loved this hotel! If we go back to Anaheim we will stay here again! The bathroom was all marble, the second bedroom in our suite was fantastic, lots of space, very friendly staff. It was also in a great location. Separate room for child to sleep in.

How the air conditioning worked. In order to keep the room with the bed for my daughter cool we had to leave the door open so the air would circulate.

Overall this hotel was great for the three of us. It was nice having a separate sleeping area for our daughter, but the layout was kind of poor. There should be a way to cool off the extra room without having to leave the door wide open for the AC to circulate through. The water pressure was nice.

Creaky bed, being charged for WiFi.

Felt overpriced for what it was. The walls are thin. Was very noisy around us. The bed was extremely squeaky, I could barely move without waking up my partner.
